Northern Spy just opened a few weeks ago, but it’s already attracting raves from diners. That’s, in part, due to its seamless ordering and pickup process. Although on-site dining isn’t happening yet, you can place an order online and grab it at the curb, without ever getting out of your car. The elevated American menu is also a major selling point for customers, offering a nice array of starters and fancy sandwiches.

The classic burger comes highly recommended—especially thanks to the fresh brioche bun and golden-brown fries on the side. But before you dig into that, try some apps like the pierogies topped with smoked mushrooms and soldier beans or the smoked tomato and cheese flatbread. You can also go for a slightly fancier entree, like the Green Circle chicken with a brown smoked mushroom sauce on top. Round out your meal with bottle cocktails to-go, perhaps The Last Word with gin, maraschino cherry liqueur, bitters, and citrus.
